Bi-directional sync

Updates on either side propagate to the other, so both ticketing systems always reflect the current status and details.

Per-customer mapping

Map customer ticket types, categories, and assignment groups to your MSP’s structures — configured individually for each customer.

Bearer auth over SSL

API clients authenticate with a bearer token over SSL. The MSP issues each customer a valid token for secure access.

Monitoring-driven tickets

Tickets the MSP originates — such as a monitoring alert crossing a threshold — flow back to the customer the same way.

Attachment management

Upload, download, and list ticket attachments through the API, encoded in Base64 for reliable transport.

Configurable polling

On the customer side, poll on a configurable interval (e.g. every minute) or receive a push on each update — whichever fits.

Broad compatibility

Connects the ticketing systems you already run
